Brush measures 4.4" long (with out cap) & the bristles are made with soft Goat hair.

How to use: Remove cap off the bristles & begin buffing brush in circular motions on desired areas. The powders flow through the bristles & onto the skin.

How to refill: Unscrew the end of the brush handle, fill with loose powder, place the handle lid back on, screw tight & apply.
