Parabens

The following lists the most commonly found parabens in skin, hair and cosmetic ingredients. Some of these can also be found in many natural and organic products: Butylparaben, Methylparaben, Propylparabens, Isobutylparaben, Ethylparaben & Benzylparaben.

Parabens are belived to cause a variety of allergic reactions and skin rashes. Often used to extend shelf life of products as inhibitors of microbial growth.

British researchers found traces of chemicals called parabens in tissue taken from women with breast cancer. Read more in BBC News.
